The Well Condos is a master planned mixed-use community that will consist of six residential condominiums located in Toronto’s high demand Fashion District. This ambitious redevelopment of the Globe & Mail building at Front St. and Spadina Ave. is a joint project by RioCan, Diamondcorp, Tridel, and Allied as a plan to create offices, shops, and residences in the Spadina & Wellington area. When it’s all complete, there will be a total of 1587 residential units along with office spaces, retail shops, and restaurants.

The development will offer 1.43 million square feet of housing for a variety of tenants, including high quality condominiums and premium purpose-built rental suites.
